Welcome to Your Birth Project

This was the third hypno-birthing online course I'd taken (I did two in my first pregnancy) and I found this one the most relatable and really well balanced without favouring specific modes or options. I genuinely believe it would have useful takeaways for any birth scenario. I leveraged the visualisations in early labour, and the breathing techniques as things ramped up through to the end. Leaning into these and the confidence we carried prior set us up for success and we had an amazing birth experience.

Such a comprehensive course about birth. Knowledge is power and I felt more confident going into my labour when I understood more about what my body was about to do. The partner section was really useful for my husband, he was the best support during labour. I also found understanding the tension fear pain cycle really helpful, as I was able to remind myself to stay calm and trust my body knowing it would be easier if I did.

Your birth project was the best money I spent before I had my little man and my partner would agree he said at the time I made him watch it with me he thought it was a little silly for him to watch but he watched it anyway then when we were in the birthing suit he said it really helped him to know that what was happening and what I was going through was normal and the different stages I was at and that I was okay and how he could help me he said without your birth project he would have definitely freaked out on multiple occasions

The course was absolutely incredible. It prepared me mentally for childbirth and the breathing techniques were such a handy tool. Honestly, such a lifesaver and I’ve recommended this to all of our friends who are due to give birth.

I would highly recommend anyone who is planning to get pregnant or is currently pregnant to purchase this amazing course!! It is so worth it all, and to be honest I felt I got so much more from it than my antenatal classes. Before starting the course I was super nervous and scared, but after I felt really empowered and excited about giving birth. Although my birth didn’t go 100% to what I had planned and envisioned, I felt prepared with knowing more about the different options I was given, and my rights.
